A colleague sent me this a while ago and I can take absolutely no credit for it whatsoever. All I did was bake two cakes (one round, one square) and follow the directions here on the BBC Good Food website…
And this was the result.
I won’t lie – the cake itself was not my best, but the presentation knocked the very cute socks off of my goddaughter and the guests at her 1st birthday party. Mission accomplished.
